The Residence, opened in 2001, consist in comfortable one-, two-, and three-room apartments with direct phone, satellite colour-tv, an elegant and completely equipped cooking area, cleaning-service, change of bed-and bathroom linen and private garage on request.


The apartments are served by elevators that connect them directly with the garage in the basement. The apartments are furnished with capable wardrobes, comfortable sofa or easy chairs and brightly coloured tapestries that render all rooms more cheerful. Although it's central position, the classic and elegant building, is conveniently situated around an internal garden, and offers an extremely quiet environment.
